Nosso diferencial está em enxergar o paciente como um todo, corpo e mente conectados e assim proporcionar uma maior qualidade de vida através do movimento.

Somos especialistas no tratamento de dor através do método Pilates, com planejamento e de acordo com objetivo do paciente.
As sessões são com no máximo 2 pessoas/horário, planejadas de acordo com a necessidade individual de cada paciente. São realizados exercícios de mat pilates (pilates solo) e pilates studio (pilates aparelhos).

Antes de iniciar as aulas o paciente passa por uma Avaliação do Movimento, onde será atendido exclusivamente pela nossa fisioterapeuta.

Na avaliação é onde identificamos compensações, adaptações e possíveis pontos de dor e limitação. Após a avalição você receberá todas as orientações necessárias para o autocuidado.
